What we do as a third-party fabricator
Our facility in Al Qusais Industrial Area 4 was built to manufacture European aluminium systems at premium specification. When fellow glaziers and installers run into capacity bottlenecks — or take on a project that needs technical capability beyond their workshop — we fabricate it for them under white-label terms. The client sees your brand on the project; we never compete for your relationship.
Who we fabricate for
- Glazing contractors and installers — full or partial fabrication runs when your own workshop is at capacity, or when a specification calls for systems or processes you don’t handle in-house.
- Architects and specifiers — introducing us to a contractor whose fabricator can’t hold the spec? We’ll quote the package and produce to your drawings.
- Main contractors and developers — for projects where the appointed glazing trade needs a reliable partner to execute the harder elements of the package without slipping the programme.
- Fellow fabricators — thermal break crimping and 4-axis CNC machining on a stand-alone basis, independent of any full-system supply.
Services available on a third-party basis
- Full fabrication of windows, doors, sliding systems, curtain walling, fire-rated doors and screens, and bespoke architectural glazing in any of the systems we fabricate.
- Thermal break crimping — dedicated crimping line with a published 5-working-day turnaround for trade customers. Every batch is shear-tested.
- 4-axis CNC machining — mitred cuts, drainage slots, and hardware pockets in a single operation, to ±0.1 mm tolerance.
- Powder coating — full RAL and custom finishes through our sister company A1 Metal Coating, Qualicoat and GSB certified.
Systems we can fabricate
We are an approved Cortizo fabricator in the UAE, and we manufacture across Cortizo, Schüco, Alumil, Reynaers, Gulf Extrusions, and our own LDN Systems brand. Bring us a profile schedule or an architect’s drawing and we’ll confirm which lines we can supply against the spec.
Quality, compliance, capacity
Production runs to ISO 9001:2015 quality management (Certificate UK-02-VS-02572). Profile systems are IFT Rosenheim tested for performance in Gulf climate. Drawings and material take-offs are produced in Logikal for accuracy and traceability. Quoting is in AED; supply is across the UAE.
