Altest — preferred fabricator in the UAE

London Architectural Aluminium is an Altest preferred fabricator in the United Arab Emirates. Altest systems are cut, machined and assembled to Altest specification at our Al Qusais facility, which keeps the system engineering European and the lead time local — profile schedules and hardware come from the system house, fabrication and installation happen in Dubai.

What we fabricate from the Altest range

Minimal casement and pivot — LineaWin 7200 at a 30 mm external sightline with fully concealed hardware, and LineaDoor 8700 carrying a 300 kg pivot leaf to 5 m.
Minimal sliding — LineaSlide 51 to 640, from a 42 mm frame up to 1,200 kg per sash at 4 m × 6 m, plus the BFS70 butterfly and VS60 motorised vertical systems.
Fold and pivot slide — LineaFold 470 / 600 / 4710 and LineaPivot 470, with tile-insert thresholds that carry the floor finish through the opening.
Windows and doors — WDS70 at Uw 0.9 W/m²K, WS75 taking glazing to 55 mm, and the ESKIMOS classic-profile platform.
Facade — CW50 stick curtain wall on a 50 mm sightline, and the Linear ventilated cladding system with optional integrated LED.
Kinetic solar shading — the SH range of sliding, folding, hinged and pivot facade screens, manual or motorised on 24 VDC. Adjustable external shading is the single most effective move on a west-facing Dubai elevation, and almost nobody in this market offers it.
