HOW IT WORKS

One roof, every season

Louvre blades shown at 0, 45 and 110 degrees

The blades rotate from fully sealed to 110° open — shade at midday, breeze in the evening, stars at night.

Sunproof, rainproof and ventilation modes

Closed, the rubber-sealed blades are waterproof; rain runs through a hidden gutter and drains inside the posts. Add a rain sensor and the roof closes itself.

How much does a pergola cost in Dubai?

A motorised louvred aluminium pergola from LAA starts at AED 13,913 wall-mounted, or AED 15,593 freestanding, for a 2.5 m × 2.5 m roof — supplied, installed and inc. 5% VAT. A 6 m × 4 m freestanding roof is AED 35,753. Timber and fixed-frame pergolas cost less but do not open, close against rain or carry a motor. Every size is priced on this page.

What is the average cost for a pergola per square metre?

Across LAA's size grid a motorised louvred pergola works out at roughly AED 1,465–2,282 per square metre supplied and installed, inc. VAT. Larger roofs are cheaper per square metre because the posts, motor and gutter are shared over more area — a 5 m × 4 m roof costs far less per m² than a 3 m × 2.5 m one.

Who can install a pergola in Dubai?

LAA fabricates and installs its own pergolas from its factory in Al Qusais Industrial Area, Dubai — the same workshop that makes our aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling. Installation in Dubai and Sharjah is included in every price on this page; other emirates are quoted on request. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and the UAE division of Direct Trade Windows, a UK aluminium fabricator trading since 2001.

Is it cheaper to buy a pergola or build one?

A built-on-site timber or steel frame is cheaper up front, but it does not open or close, it needs refinishing in Gulf sun and humidity, and it has no gutter, so rain runs off the edges. A motorised aluminium louvred roof is a manufactured product: powder-coated, rubber-sealed, rain-tight when closed, and installed in a day. LAA prices its roofs openly on this page so you can compare the two honestly.

What sizes can I order online?

Roof lengths from 2.5 m to 10 m in 0.5 m steps and projections of 2.5, 3, 3.5 or 4 m, at a standard 2.7 m height that can be customised. For a larger terrace or a roof fitted between existing walls or columns, send us the dimensions on WhatsApp and we will quote it.

Is a louvred pergola waterproof?

When closed, the rubber-sealed 180 mm aluminium blades form a rain-tight roof. Water runs into a hidden gutter in the beams and drains down inside the posts. Add the rain sensor (AED 578) and the roof closes itself when it starts to rain.

What colours are available?

Anthracite grey (RAL 7016) and jet black (RAL 9005), both powder-coated. The price is the same for either colour.

Can I close in the sides?

Yes, and you can mix per side. Zip screens stop wind, sand and insects; frameless sliding glass turns the pergola into a year-round majlis; louvred panels give privacy with airflow. Each side is priced individually in the configurator.
